Spice Mobiles — Phone not received yet

Dear Sir, My name is Anshika Malhotra .I have purchased Spice MI 508 from Homeshop18. There was a problem in its display. I gave my Mobile to service centre on 14/02/2015. They told me that it will take 10 days. After 10 days when I visited to service center, They told me that its Display is not available in Company itself. Till date 24/03/2015, I have not received My mobile and they are telling that it will take more days. Its enough, sir. I am not having to much time to visit service center again and again as I am a working lady. SO, please look into the matter and clear the matter within 5 days. Or at last I will claim it at Consumer court. Thanks & Regards, Anshika
