[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Spice MI502N touchguard problem | |||
i purchased spice mobile MI502N from Home shop 18 last year. my handset have touchguard issue so i submit my handset for repairing to Service Centre S.S.Enterprises, Pune on 4th Sept.2014 . Almost one month over i don't recd.my handset. Every time i call Service Centre they told me your handset not recd. required 7-8 days. When i call Customercare they told me yet spares not available so will get another 15 days. I don't know who is correct and who is wrong.
