Spice Retail Limited — Damaged memory card given | |
Hi,
I want to lodge a complain against Spice Retail Limited, D-354, Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi -110092.
I purchased a Samsung S Duos2 S7582 on 25th December, 2013 via bill number C861256. I purchased a 8 GB memory card for this mobile phone on 2nd February, 2014. This card was inserted in the mobile by the attendant at shop himself. I left the shop after that but later on realized that my storage space is still using the internal memory.
I couldn't go to the shop during the working days as I was busy in my office. Now when I visited the shop on 9th February to get the memory card checked. The shop attendant checked the card and he found that there is a crack in the card. This card has problem right from the start and was not working. That is why I visited the shop to get this checked. Now they have refused to replace the card.
Also the staff has misbehaved with me and saying that you have broken this card. I'm a regular customer of Spice Retail and have purchased at least 5 mobiles from the same store in past 2 years. Still I have been treated like this.
This is really frustrating that regular customers like me are treated like this. I urge you to look into this matter and get my card replace without any delay. This kind of staff is damaging the reputation of the company as well.
I hope you will look into the matter as earlier as possible.
