Spidigo — my internet is not working since 5 days | |||
The internet by spidigo isn't working at my place since 5-6 days now... I can't contact them via customer service number or social platforms or their website. I'm helpless becoz this company knows that in our area they have a monopoly as ISP. Earlier also this kind of lack in customer support is experienced. They on their own had been changing my login password again and again. Now I as the user isn't aware about my login credentials and their forgot password isn't working also. How to access my account and know about my data remaining in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||

Since last 20 days my internet is not working. I called so many different no. Of service executives as well as customer care no. But nobody is replying...i want to discontinue this Spidigo broadband service and want my money back. Its really pathetic service.

company is closed and taken over by pace internet and forget your money its lost and looted no one will give refund myself taken 2 year plan and intenet comes and goes so its totally cheated and we cant do anything so forget and buy another plan from airtel or good provide rider monthly basis's
