Spinny — Unethical behaviour

I purchased a car on Spinny. But before my purchase, the Spinny sales person started urging me to make the booking immediately within the same day and if I do, he will give an additional offer of filling the petrol tank of the car during delivery.

Based on this, I immediately booked the car and made the payment. But to my shock and surprise, when the car was delivered, it was delivered with an empty tank.

When I spoke to the sales person regarding the same, he asked me to raise a support ticket and that he will not be able to provide the offer he had promised me! And since then he is not picking up my calls either! Totally unethical!

The support team of spinny is even worse! They keep closing the support ticket even without solving the issue or without my consent and I am being forced to raise endless amount of support tickets to repoen the issue and get it solved! It has been 1 month of constant follow ups and still the offer has not been credited to my account. Even after the support team had commited that the amount would be deposited to my bank account in 3 or 4 days, the money has not been deposited even after 2 weeks!!

I am totally fed up and would like to take the legal route.
