That the Blood Sample for TORCH IGM and TSH was given to your lab located at Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 7th Jan 2016. 2. That the report provided to us on 8th Jan 2016. The report was totally worng and false. The report showed CMV POSITIVE, Toxoplasma is also POSITIVE. The TSH shows Positive with reading of 7.746. 3. That the samples continuously given to Dr.Lal Path Labs on 8th Jan 2016 as well as on 9th Jan 2016 which cleared the whole picture and the report came NEGATIVE both the times. As far as TSH is concerned the sample was given to LAL Path Labs on 10th Jan 2015 where the output/result is totally different. The value for TSH comes to 4.487 and this is again Negative. 4. That to reconfirm the false and fabricated report of SRL Labs Dr. Lal Path Labs rechecked the reports almost twice and the result is really a great shock for us. 5. That on the basis of such repost provided by SRL LABS we beared a huge sock which resulted in loss of mental piece, money and also resulted on negative impact on the pregnancy of the patient. 6. That this is the case of 9th IVF cycle in which we have got success but on the basis of such baseless, false and fabricated report the patient gone in shock resulting in mental torture and bad health of the patient. 7. The all the above wrong results given by SRL Labs resulted in giving the patient those medicines which are really not at all required as the actual report is totally different. I am placing this serious issue of negligence of SRL LABS to Indian Medical Association as well so that very strictk action should be taken up so save guard the lives of patients. Hope you will also investigate the matter and take strictk action.
