SRL Diagnostics — Test Report is not correct

I am 44 years old, and I am suffering from major pain and going though various test to diagnosis the problem.
I choose SRL because of their reputation and as my treatment depends on test results. I have gone for "AIH Profile Plus" (Accession No: 0071UL000003) test dated 1 Dec 2021 and as per SRL result report is Positive, and my doctor asked for further Liver Biopsy test based on report and started medicines. I have visited Max Hospital, Saket and as per Max Hospital result of the same test (Dated: 28 Dec 2021) is negative.
I need clarification from you that you have given some of my reports as positive and other as negative. Which the other lab is unable to corroborate your finding.
