I sent application for fee refunds of my son KUMAR GOPESH (student id 242218 session 2016-27).But till now I can't got my refund.Please help me.

I am from kolkata india. I was qualified in srmjee and i also submitted my tuition fees in online counselling department of ece ramapuram campus. But now i have a problem so i decided that i will not go to srm university. I was also cancelled my admission and applied for refund the refundable tuition fees. I was sent mail lots of time and the hard copy of important document as required were also delivered on 9/6/2016. Now i have not get my money. I dont understand what is the problem in refund.In their university website its is strictly written that refund will be effected upon receipt of the same in our office and the hard copy was received by them on 9 june 2016 as they told me. It is very urgent for me. I was requested you. Many times. But they said please wait. Every single important document was submitted by me successfully and i also completed online refund request. My application number is 9251291. Online cancellation reference number 69nk97 student id 248577 and refund number 1418 as they said.
I request again please refund my money.. They told me that it will be taken nearly 15 to 20 days but 20 days were already gone and they still not refund my money. It is their terms and condition that the tuition fee is refundable. But they just ignore me and they have no responsibility. The amount is so huge 1 lakh 95 thousands. It is an university. I dont understand why they are behave like this. As the money is refundable so refund it quickly. I request you kindly justify request. Long time is taken for this. Kindly refund my money. I request you again.

I transferred the amount Rs 90515/- on 21/05/2016 through eazy pay to SRM University, Gaziabad through INB. My account no. [protected] is debited.
but amount is not showing at SRM University. Amount not revert back till date in case of any rejection. No body is responding at Branch.My son is not getting hostel.Pls do needful urgently.i am very upset.My mob no is [protected].My account is at Bank of Baroda.

Sir, i pashupati nath singh of srm ncr campus doing b. Tech in cse 2nd year wearing reagistration no. Ra[protected] paid the examination fee for 4th semester before the date. Somehow the transaction failed and the amount got deducted from my bank account. Thereafter i was asked for fine of 2500 with the fee through demand draft. I paid it again. But what about the amount which was deducted at the first trial at 20th april 2016. I went to exam cell where i was informed that the deducted amount will be returned within 3 days. Still they are not giving the information regarding the same. Please look at the matter and solve the same as soon as possible. Seeking your positive reply.

I'm a student of BSc.Computer science 1st year I'm having problem with my C language teacher she don't know how to teach C language she don't even know the proper basics in that appropriate subject and before exams she will give some questions which comes in exams and asks to mug up those questions I'm came from CBSE stream I don't know how to mug we only know how to learn and understand the topic and we present that only in exam.But here...

My son Anurag Mishra student ID 186432 applied for withdrawal of addmission on 10 th july 2014 from B Tech Kanttakulthur in prescribed format for refund of Rs.3.65 lac which was ackwoledged by sms regarding receipt of same but till date no refund has been sent by the institute. I took admission into the SRM university, NCR Campus for B.Tech course Computer Science Engineering branch in the year 2014. I withdrew my admission before the deadline date for the same and submitted the withdrawal application for refund on 18 July 2014. It was communicated to me that I will receive the draft for the fees paid Rs 1, 50, 000- within 2 months. They have communicated this verbally and nothing is mentioned on the website about the timelines of the refund. I have been continually following up with the admission department and they are not giving any concrete response. My refund serial number is 702

My brother Vaibhav Gupta has taken admission into the SRM university, NCR Campus for B.Tech course Information Technology branch in the year 2014. He cancelled his admission before the commencement of the classes and we have submitted the application for refund in the month of July 2014. It was communicated to us that we will receive the draft of the fees paid Rs 1, 50, 000- within 2 months. They have communicated this verbally and nothing is mentioned on the website about the timelines of the refund. We have been continually following up with the admission department and they are not giving us any response. Today, it has been communicated that the refund will take a longer time and they will contact us in December if the DD is prepared by then without any commitment on the timelines. They are not giving any clear picture and told that there is a shortage of funds therefore the delay. Our refund serial number is 710

NON REFUND OF RS 185000/-(RS ONE LAKH EIGHTY FIVE THOSAND) DEPOSITED FOR PROVISIONAL ADMISSION OF MY SON IN BTECH COURSE FOR THE YEAR 2014-15 INSPITE OF SENDING CACELLATION REQUEST FOR THE SAME WITH REQUISITE APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION WHICH HAS BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE UNIVERSITY BY EMAIL AND S.M.S. THEY HAVE ALSO ASSURED ME TO REFUND THE FEES WITHIN THREE MONTHS. My son praful satai s/o dhanu satai was seat allotted in b.Tech (Cse ) at srm university new dehli on counselling .Counseling attend on main campus chennai on 21/05/2014.And rs. 150000/- ( one lakh and fifty thousand ) only paid in two step ( one step rs. 100000/- counseling amount and remaining tution is rs. 50000/- (Fifty thousand). But admission was cancelled due to non availability of srm university campus ncr new dehli. Request form of re-funded policy and original fee receipt sent to main campus srm university chennai by speed post on 28/06/2014.
But fee not re-funded to me so far.
It is requested that fee rs. 150000/-may be re-funded in my home address.

I m Working in IT Sector, I need some details about BE(Csc) Course details, fees structure, campus, loan and facilities for my Brother admission for current years also he is studying Diploma final year now.Today I came to vadapalani branch ask for that details, But One Poor and irritating Idiyat, whether he is Ordinary Man or animal, Not give proper information to me and simply answered as get mark sheet and app form..Please take neccessary steps to that guy and provide proper instruction/Information to newly admission Enquiry peoples, becas they are not rich and worked in land, farmers, uneducaters to give a new life to his children, So Pls give proper Response, ...

A total of Rs 1.75 lac was paid towards Engineering college admission fee on student ID[protected]fee refund list no. 2, S NO. 93, ) dated 10 July 2013. On cancellation i.e. non joining, Till date no refund has come inspite of repeated mail requests for refund. It is already four months since request is made. It is a pity that such reputed University is doing this sort of delay. We still request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter and ensure early payment to us. I am Rajamohan I have A HDFC bank credit card. I have faced a fraudulent transaction made by the shift thoughts company and charged Rs.6404.00 on 29.10.13 Transaction ID :9237008 I have been informed by the said company that I am a preferred customer of HDFC bank credit card, I will receive some discount cards with other benefits like cash discounts on shopping, family trips, easy EMIS, insurance and others free of cost. For activation, after that I have received a message containing 6 digit password from HDFC BANK. Then a person on call said that u will receive another call where u have to punch this password and other information. Then after I have received another call & I have followed above said information. After completion of call I have received a message transaction of Rs.6404.00 made on HDFC Bank credit card in favour of shift thoughts co. Before entering in this matter I have asked for charges, they have said there is no any charges you have to doesn’t pay anything this is a promotional scheme. We will issue one SUPEREME PLUS COMBO PA card . During the welcome call mismatch information received, so I said that you were cheating me &that again call connected other department, Another department person told me that after clear welcome call than only start the canceling process . So I was clear the welcome call, but now there is no response &mobile no &contact no switched off. They cheated me like this. Now I want to cancel that transaction and refund back the amount of rs.6404/-. So, I am sending you this complaint and waiting for your feedback. Please do the needful for me.

SRM Ramapuram campus is a sivakumar's not pachamuthu's. He is not maintaining same quality of main campus. No infra, no placement, poor food, poor hostel but too much fees. He wants only money but he won't spend on college. Innocent North indians and andhra people are cheated here. Tamil pupil who get poor mark and dont get admission in any college are admitted here.

IT IS SORRY TO SAY THAT THE WAY OF TREATING US BY THE SRM UNIVERSITY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
FIRSTLY THEY SAID WE HAD M.SC IN HOSPITALITY AND SAID US TO COME OVER THERE AFTER REACHING BY US THEY REFUSE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE M.SC AND THEY ALREADY CLEARLY DISPLAY ON THE SRM OFFICIAL WEBSITE. AS WELL AS THEY VERBALLY KEEP SAYING THAT WE HAVE M.SC IN HOSPITALITY WHICH IS THE BIG ISSUE OF OUR DISAPPOINTMENT AND HARASSMENT . WE SPEND AROUND 40'000/- FOR REACHING THERE WHICH IS A BIG AMOUNT AND THE RUDENESS OF THEIR CONSULTING STAFF IS ALSO A ISSUE OF HARASSMENT AND INSULT.

PLEASE TAKE THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND COME WITH A GOOD DECISION.

sir ,maine srm university ka entrance exam 2012 ka application form jiska application no.2028263 hai.maine 750 rupees ka liya tha.srm university ke prospectous me class 12 me marks 60% mage gaye hai,aur mere 61% hai.maine b-tech ke liye apply kiya tha.2-12-11 ko mere paas srm university se phone aaya aapke 12 me 61% hai,aur 70% hone chaiye.agar aisa tha to srm university ko apne prospectous me mension karna chaiye tha.mai apply na karta.plz mere form fees refund karane ki krapa kare.srm university ne mera form reject kar diya.mere paise to gaye na.

I'm a student of srm university MBA final year...

I have few things to mention about the MBA (em-bee-yae) department..

Its a beautiful college.. No work.. No study.. Lucky people get jobs.. rest attend class.. or sit in class.. look at other department girls.. architecture is good.. but engineering is now competing.. No hectic schedules.. No stress.. Just pure fun.. Come here if you have 6 lachs extra in your pocket..

Better get a car so that you can get a hot chick...

The teachers are also co-operative... they won't force you to study... neither will they try to teach..

Everything is manageable once you are in SRM..

DON'T GET DECEIVED BY BIG BUILDINGS.. The Education of MBA is VERY HOLLOW... Its not an MBA.. Its worse than BA....

I'm part of the SRm medical college. The para medical section is really bad. They treat us like we are part of a reformatory school. and we sit in college from 8:30 to 3:30 doing nonthing. we hardly have classes. we can't take off from college also(even though most of the time we are not granted leave. we have no classes) without informing and getting permossion from the staff. and If we take off in spite of that we are fined. Severe partiality is seen from the staff too. They target students and treat them like crap. And we have no means of opposing them, because if we do, they would fail us in the exams.
Going to the college is such a depressing thing every day.

A total of Rs 1.5 lac was paid towards Engineering college admission fee on ID 109441 dated 14 Jun 2010. On cancellation i.e. non joining, refund of Rs 1.49 lac was promised by the University authorities. Till date no refund has come inspite of repeated mail requests for refund.

It is already three months since request is made. It is a pity that such reputed University is doing this sort of delay. We still request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter and ensure early payment to us.

1. My son (Sanjay Gaur) applied for M.Tech and his choices were Database systems, IT and Knowledge Engineering.
2. He qualified the entrance exam and got 104 rank. On receiving the counseling letter he reached at Kattankulathur campus for counseling on[protected].
3. At the time of counseling the Dean Admission told in his speech that student has to submit their fees and final semester mark sheet on or before July 15 2010.
4. When counseling process started, some steps followed which rules neither mentioned in university prospectus, Application form, admission advertisement & nor in university website (admission Procedure).
5. At the time of counseling the counseling staff member checked the all documents along with MCA marksheet till 5th semester & allowed for the counseling.
6. Before locking the seat, submitting the draft of Rs. 25000-/, we asked from the present counseling staff member that my son will get his final marksheet in September 2010, for this proof he carried a letter from study centre o[censored]niversity.
Counseling member said, if you will get signature of dean (admission) then we will be allowed for seat lock.
7. When we met Dean (Admission), I told him about my problem and he refused that and said I will not allow.
Final mark sheet will have to submit on July 15, 2010. If you can’t submit the marksheet on given date then you can go back.
8. We requested many times from him but he didn’t agree.
9. I asked to Dean Admission that it is not mentioned in your university prospectus ,admission advertisement and university website that appearing student[protected] has to submit their final marksheet on date July 15, 2010.
10. If this had been mentioned by university, my son would not have filled the form. He didn’t get admission that’s why he has lost his one year in his career.
11. You should have clearly mentioned in your admission advertisement /admission procedure that only those students will apply in Post Graduate course who can submit their final mark sheet on July 15, 2010.
12. Not only this, lots of other student returned back from the counseling because they don’t have 60% marks in each year. Also this is not mention by university. (these rules were not mentioned on prospectus, advertisement and nor web site of yours university)
You should have given the option for this (on your entrance/Application form) & you could have rejected those forms which were not satisfying your criteria and it should have been mentioned that those student will apply who has 60% marks in each semester/year.
13. Please clear this thing that why isn’t it clearly mentioned for the final year appearing student[protected].
a. Is your university playing the student’s future by doing this?
b. Is entrance has the way of earning money?

Why didn’t you proper mention the rules for new admissions in P.G. programmed?

c. Is your university not wasting the money and time of both student and parents? Those people who comes from so far (2000 to 3000kms)
d. Does your university follow the all rules o[censored]GC in admission procedure along with fee structure?
14. All seats of (Database systems, IT and Knowledge Engineering) were vacant till my son got his chance for seat lock.
Because the Irresponsible attitude of your university. I will take possible legal action against your university for losing of one year & mental agony.
