SRS Travels — Bus canceled but not get refund amount

I booked srs bus from hangal to bangalore on Jan 5th, 9pm.

Passenger(s): Praveen Somapur
PNR: 620957
Seat Number(s): 7U
Boarding point: Hangal
Address: virat nagar privet bus

Jan 4th bus operator call told bus canceled After that I not get any refund amount.
And also I called to srs head office Davangere, they didn't respond.
Please provide refund amount.
