SRS Travels — bus cancelled but proper vehicle no not provided by srs or arya travels

I had booked a ticket from banglore to kannur yesterday via paytm and it has been cancelled and i got call from srs travels saying that bus has been cancelled and i can shift my schedule to arya travels at 9 pm from madiwala in front of savoury hotel. I received the same communication by sms to stay at savoury hotel at 9pm from arya. By evening i received an sms from srs travels revealing the bus no as ka51b1889 and after an hour i got an sms that the bus no send was wrong and the right no is ka51b1888. I reached the destination by 8.30pm itself but the mentioned bus didn’t report till 9.15 pm and i contcated the arya travels and they told they didnt send the sms and they dont have such reg nos. And asked me to report kailasipalayam immediately. Being late i rushed fetching an auto and i had to pay double charge 600 being late night travel. The bus charge were 630 and short distance auto fare came to 600 which was really hurting where a proper communication on the bus no was not addressed to me causing loss in money. I am a bp patient and if out of tension if anything happens to me who will answer? Hereby i want my lost payment of 600 as auto fare due to travel negligence.
