I had booked ticket for srs travel a/c sleeper bus from hubli to nashik on 11th nov 2018. The bus was not clean from inside, berth was very dirty, all my clothes got stains, a/c vent was not blowing cool air. But took first halt at 8.00 p. M. Correctly, but thereafter it did not stop until 3.30 am. It did not took 2nd scheduled halt at khed-shivapur, as shown on website. I had asked driver to stop bus for urination, but he refused, he also denied that there was scheduled 2nd halt. (Bus ran continuously for 6.30 hrs), passengers were denied halt for natural calls. Even when bus stopped at katraj at 3.30 hrs, the driver did not let us go out for urination. Driver did spoke rudely, and stated that bus will halt at nashik only. This is very dangerous for sr. Citizens. Lastly. The bus did not arrive at nashik at scheduled time of 6.00 a. M. And reached at 9.30 a. M. Totally dis satisfied.

    Today i had booked bus to bangalore from bagalkot bus no. Is ka51aa9718 timing was at 9:30pm but i was there at 8:47 pm but bus left from there @ 8:45pm without any prior information and call. Once i reached pick up point i called the bus operator he didn't respond properly and said that we don't have any bus at 9:30pm at all. This is that bus operator contact no. [protected]. Kindly take action for this.in case of no proper response i'll go to consumer court against your services. I have call recording and msgs proof regarding this..

      Hi,
      I booked the tickets to travel from bengaluru to madurai on 06.11.2018 @ 2.00pm. Got a call at 10.30 am on 06.11.3018 staying bus is breakdown and we are cancelling the service.
      It’s really unprofessional and untrustfull behaviour by the srs transport. It’s not easy to replay at the last moment. Srs travels should not opt for the travel service if they cannot provide travel to the people. Also it’s surprise to see so many similar complaints.
      Does the complaint board took any action?

        I have boarded the bus in pune, to my shock bus is filled with bugs. One hour into the journey, i kept scratching my feet in such a way that they have become red hot. This is utter nonsense. We pay thousands of rupees to travel and in return is this what srs provides. The driver explained his point of view stating he has complained about this issue two days ago. I seriously condemn this negligence. I would like to avail refund for this utter pain else i will not hesitate to take this issue even forward. I expect a call from the travels giving an explanation for the same. Their complaint customer care number is of no use. Tried calling it from yesterday night but of no use. Worst ever experience being awake whole night. Same was experienced by many passengers. Never ever expected such a kind of irresponsible behavior being in a service industry."i demand refund for having such a painful and stressful experience"

        No proper timing they are maintaining.. always busy will come late.. I booked at 4.times but I have waited more than 40min.. If I asked them meanz they will say traffic everytime.. This is the 5th time..
        Subject la mention panirukura bus ah nenga drop paniralam. Evlo bed bugs consumer nanga travel panratha venama. 5months munadi ipdiye than irunthathu ketathuku management sari ila sonenga ipa Yara point panaporinga. Nama TN SETC buses are maintaining good compare to this very worst maintenance and management.

          Bus number py01ch0560 travelling from blore (Majestic) to belgavi seat no u2. There was a half torn blanket given, when asked to change the ticket checker rudely said to adjust in that.. Pathetic service and as i'm a frequent traveler been seeing the service standards are dropping day by day..
          The attitude of ticket checker and immaturity of handeling customer will jeopardise the image of bus service.. This is totally unacceptable and i need to deal with half blanket entire night and they were both able to help out, why there should be a half torn blanket.. On the other hand orange bus service is too good comparetavely.. If this not taken care and i is i did not recieve any response i will suggest many to move either vrl or orange as i'm a frequent traveler on this route and have many of my collegue doing this..

            We sent an item with lr no: 12/22131on 7.09.208, to bhantwal with proper bill with proper address. But srs employees sent it to bhatkal which is too far from bhantwal and nobody is responding from 10.09.18. I i requested to re direct it to bhantwal or send it back but no staff is ready to do it nor taking responsibilities even the managers. They are asking us to call customer care which is of no use. Because of this, we lost our valuable customer and lot of orders which resulted in a big loss. We are very much disappointed with this poor service of srs.

            And this is not the first time we are facing this issues. Before also they sent items to which ever place they want not according to the invoice address we submitted.

            Its very disappointing I booked my ticket in scania not for a comfort because of timing. I am travelling bangalore to pune. Pune reaching time is 11:10(wakad). But still I am in bus now time is 1:30 its complete 2 hours late. I miss my interview because of the bus. Next time onwards i will choose someother operator.
            I have booked two days before and fare was 1365 but now it was 945 how it come I ll register complain regarding this in customer court

              Booked bengaluru to hyderabd ac semi seater bus ticket on 21st october.
              Worst experince with the traveller. My pick up point was madiwala, bangalore and it dropped me to race course to get the bus. 3hrs i was waiting there, almost 1'o clock night i got the bus.
              I was supposed to reach gachibowli, hyderabad around 7:30 and i am reaching there by 12'0 clock afternoon.
              Do hell with your service. I paid 1700 to reach on time to attend the office. I missed my meeting, important works just because of your worst service.
              I wasted 4hours and a full day.
              I need the full booking amount.

              I booked ticket on line and got through my mail.address.The invoice No 18881810, SAC Code 996422 and seat No 32 on dt 13/10/18.While journey date was come at boarding point the ticket was not permitted by Conductor and Driver on 15 Oct 2018. They took me 2 km distance and forcefully dropped out me. They were also misbehave and manhandled with me.

              it is impossible the ticket invoice has sent to on my mail with confirmation. I could'n understand the name of Rama chandra singh is a male or female. I requested to both driver and conductor and also shown to my I CARD of army but there behavior was cruel. They also told me you make your clarification with online but get down from bus. .So I thought myself it is batter with out argument leave the bus. I took bus from KR Puram to my house which was 27 KM.
              I spent money Rs 1680 for journey if i am not allowed by the this guys than who is responsible for that .

                I undersign Satyajit Nigade. I was traveling from hubli to mumbai on 17/10/2018 via SRS travels. Booking ID/PNR is NU[protected]/B32PDKVJ
                Boarding point was borivali (mumbai) at 7.35am on 18/10/2018. I was travelling via SRS travel. Bus no. KA 01 AF 557
                Instead of bus to be in Mumbai at 7.30 am but bus reached pune 6.30 am & from 6.30 am to 7.30 am bus was in pune. Bus reached destination (Rajiv Gandhi National park borivali) at 10 am. From dropping destination again, I travelled 2 hours to reach office which is located at Dahanu(Maharashtra). I was having important task so I need to be reach by 10 am. For your qucik & fast service without thinking I have paid ₹ 1890/- for booking. Because of your late services I lost important task. As well as mentally pressured & disturbed me.
                Even on same time I called SRS register office to file complaint but replay was sorry sir bus is late. SRS representative was not taking care of words & what is my pain. Person sitting in banglore from register office says it's raining so bus is late but I was in bus there was no rain. He was providing me excuses without knowing actual condition. So I kindly request do not except reasons like traffic jam, heaving raining because I have each details of SRS stop & there was no traffic jam & rain.
                Bus stops on each and every bus stop like govt service as well as collecting other people who has not done reservation. If SRS is providing such kind of service please stop such service & stop fooling people.

                I paid huge amount just only to reach within time so I need proper justification within 12 hours and as well as refund all my amount for providing such kind of poor service.

                Bus boarding point location changed without any information when called to customer care the person yells back evn though it's thier mistake. Don't evn bother to inform the passengers about the changes they make. Had to know it when asked only

                I had booked ticket from Banglore to Pune and boarding point was Anandrao circle at 8.pm . I was trying to call bus operator from 7.30. Many times number was busy and couple of times it rangs but they did not respond. Very bad service I ever seen in other travels. I appeal all to not to travel in SRS.

                  While travelling from vijayawada to pune yesterday (15/10/2018), bus no: ka51 d 9952. After boarding bus it has started itching slowly and few hours later unbearable itching and appeared hives on my body. I thought it may be mosquitoes but no that was not a mosquito bite. I found bed bugs in my seat (Seat. No:a1.). I have experienced a full sleepless night and horrible experience through out the journey.

                    This to make a complaint against the driver routing r s managalam to bangalore! the driver behaving rudely, not even noticing who we are, and where we are working. driver used abusive words to the all customer. they abuse my wife. we booking on bus top sleeping. we open the window. windows cover will come out side. suddenly driver stop the bus and come to window side they using stick inside the sleeping area. just i am asking they tell keep silent. they is way to talk the passenger they not pick the location. if i asked they tell you booking online. i am in r s mangalam but they tell come to on devikottai you quires online only. but just asking they tell get out from my bus. this is way to talk the passenger. i there is so word called polite and he forgot to use it! its out of mood while starting journey! if the problem repeats again there wont be further travelling and any suggestions to other customers.. hoping for proper solution. number plate : ka 42 5614... they doing like this company name will spoiled..

                      Within 2 hours i had killed 7 bedbugs, the bus is highly infected. This is my second complaint. And i have noticed many other people complained about this matter. Bed bug not just torture us at night they even infect in our house to just by keeping our bags in this bus ka01 ac4271.
                      The seats are highly infected, i can't even sleep for more than 15 minutes. Than i sat next to driver seat in his cabbin.

                          I would like to know about one thing is that bus driver stopped bus for dinner for passengers or for bus drivers.I asked them to stop near good hotel.The cleaner replied like as if he is bus owner.
                          One important thing is bus in Hukkeri has taken 15 passengers to chikodi for drop.

                            This is to bring it to your kind notice that, i'm traveling from bangalore to dharwad ticket dated 29/09/2018 #25516918. The bus has very poor cooling/ac effects. I got into bus around 10:30pm and it's almost 12:00 midnight, bus has almost traveled more than 40kms. When i checked with a driver/person he is showing the settings of ac which reflects as 18', i have strong feeling that it's a malfunction of ac or this is due to carelessness of your operation/quality team. When i entered into bus it was completely stinking (This might be because the driver might turned on ac after passengers log in). Kindly take a proper action and share the details.

                            Also i discussed the issue with mr. Rajesh (Coe) over a phone call, but he gave a very lame reaction and suggested to write a mail.

                              I'm traveling from kollur to thrissur right now on 26th september 2018, time: 11.25 pm. It's very sad to inform you that due to bed bugs bite, itchy bumps with swollen surrounding are all over my body. When i tried to complaint, i got the number of mr. Jayan @ [protected] from codriver, who have seen my physical conditions very well. But mr. Jayan's approach was very arrogant and disappointing. He gave me two other numbers ([protected] & [protected]) which is not been attended. I've recorded all the calls and if i don't get proper compensation, i will complaint legally with supporting video and all recording. This is the worst travel experience i ever had. Please let me know the response from srs [protected]@[protected] or [protected]@gmail.com without delay.

                                My pnr: ts[protected]kjbg/25265724, boarding: k p h b at 10.05 pm. I did not received any call or sms regarding boarding bus details. I have waited until 10.35 at same boarding point. Then my brother dropped at lakdikapool srs travels. Then i got call from your pickup driver saying that he is at pickup location.in this period i am not sure whether pickup bus is avaliable or not. Atleast you people need to send one sms if bus is delay. I am not sure what # you people are doing. May be you people don't have common sense to inform to customers. My pickup point at 10.05 pm but informing 11.05 pm please see below sms screenshot.

                                  Bus staff forced me to get down at st johns hospital, my drop stop was silk board as i was the only passenger.
                                  They were rude and misbehaved with me. They didn't even bother about safety 80 year old senior citizen

                                    I took srs travels bus booked through redbus app on 5th sept pune to hubballi, the departure time was at 10 pm (Ticket number tma[protected]. Pnr ts[protected]cqdq/25152863/mumbai-blore/scania/volvo4. Bus no. Ka01af304). Bus arrived 1 hour late. However i got into the bus the guy checking the seats confirmed my name and destination once i boarded the bus. Arrival time at hubballi @5:30 am, at about 5:45 am the cleaner of the bus wakes me up and tells me that hubballi has passed they have come ahead about 60 km away from hubballi towards bangalore. When i asked why u did not stop he said in a very rude manner that i was supposed to tell him that i get down at huballi. This is wrong in so many levels. He started arguing me and man handling to get down from the bus early morning. Its the bus drivers responsibility that he stops at the destination where i am supposed to get off. I was alone i had to listen to him and get down on highway at about 5 am. My phone had no charge i had no idea where i was had to wait for another 2 hours on the road before i took another bus (Ksrtc) to reach hubballi. Also pay about 140 rupees for that ride. The srs bus was infested with cockroaches all the passengers started complaining. The staff is very rude and they behave like goons. This bus journey has caused me mentally trauma. I need justice. When i spoke to me friends around they advised this has been a common story with srs travels there have been lot of victims to this kind of 3rd grade service from srs. I need an public apology and compensation for my ordeal.

                                      Drunken co driver. Who threw my language and damaged the guitar. And he is suppose to drive from hassan via charmadi ghat.
                                      Such a worst management. When i called the srs office they are so careless and told they are not responsible

                                      I called ‭[protected]‬ which is main branch number. They are so rude and not ready to take the responsibility for the incident.
