SRS Travels — cheating in bus fare

I have booked four tickets for tour pakage 2 night & 3 days from banglore to madurai- ramesweram-kanyakumari & back to banglore through SRS Travels K R Puram Booking office on 02/01/2015 by A/c Multi-Axel semi sleeper bus which includes sight seen by 22 seater non A/C ordinary mini bus & night stay at madurai & kanyakumari in delex hotel, at KR puram office they charged accordingly Rs 4700/- per ticket total Rs 18800/- vide Reciept No. 28902 dated 02/01/2015. but they provide us A/C multi-axel semi sleeper bus only for the journey banglore to madurai & madurai to banglore and rest of the tour pakage journey i.e. madurai to ramesweram & kanyakumari and back to madurai by 22 seater ordinary mini bus (same bus which is used in local sight seen).More than thousand km journey they have charged for A/C multi-axel semi sleeper bus but trvelled by non A/c 22 seater ordinary bus hence they have cheated us accordingly. so please return us excess amount which they have charged.
