SRS Travels — driver's behaviour

I booked ticket from hubli to kundapura on 28
28th july 2019, wen i requested him to stop for washroom in ankola where both men and women can use he replies that"are nahi hum sab men's roadside he kar lete hai.. Agar apko bhi toilet karna hai toh.. Roadside karle.. Light dim karta hoon.. Nahi toh kisi jhadi ke phiche jake karlo koi nahi dekega.." this is how men are concerned abt women hygine.. Such a crepe he is.. I understand that you must reach on time at your destination but that doesn't mean u tell a lady to pee on roadside.. Does he tell his mother/sister/daughter/wife same way...???
