I sent a courier through this service, but they did not take responsibility for ensuring it reached the correct drop location. The delivery person forgot to deliver the items, and after that, there was no response from any of the staff. None of the contact phone numbers were working, making it impossible to get any support. This was a very disappointing experience and one of the worst courier services I have used.
