Dear [Service Provider/Customer Support Team],
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service. Although I successfully booked a ticket and received a PNR number, my seat was not actually reserved. Additionally, no refund was initiated for the failed booking.
When I boarded the bus at Jalahalli (SRS Bus), I was informed by the staff that my seat was not booked. I was asked to pay again for a seat, despite having already paid earlier. Furthermore, I have not received any refund for the previous payment either.
Even after paying again, I faced great inconvenience as I was unable to sit properly. I also tried reaching out to your customer care, but unfortunately, there was no response.
This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided and expect a full refund for both the initial booking and the additional payment made at the bus.
Kindly address this issue at the earliest and process my refund amount of Rs 3100 without further delay.
If this doesn't responded immediately then I will raise this to consumer court or higher authorities
