SRS Travels — trip cancel announcement received suddenly.

I have booked my trip from "Chennai" to "Tenkasi".Travel name as "SRS".PNR:30250216. The trip day evening I received a message as "Your Trip is canceled due to vehicle breakdown".Very disappointed and Irritated. I received the information before 2hours for the travel date. At least they should be informed before the trip date. How will be users again book the tickets for the same time and date?

Very bad experience Had with this travéls. Bad condition bus, no pillows bedsheets Water bottle provided. Not Reached on time. Very late. Bus break was in bad condition. Customer Care Not responsing. Totally WORST TRAVELS compare to others.
