We have booked a consignment with ST Courier at Chennai on Friday, 07th August to Bangalore under Way Bill No [protected] (Proof Attached). They have promised to deliver at Bangalore at the Specified address on Monday 10th August. But it was not delivered until evening and while tracking the shipment through tracked, no information was provided and also we were trying to contact the Bangalore ST Courier support office Mr.Pranav on Mobile number
[protected] and was not picking up at all...finally we got him on the line and he has informed us that it will only be delivered on Tuesday 11th Morning around 1100 AM. However finally it was delivered only at 1400 on that day after our continuous follow up. While delivery the delivery person Mr.Preetham Balachandra demanded extra amount also in spite of we have paid the full amount at Chennai. He had insisted and got Rs.192/- and and we have paid the same through G Pay as per details attached. We have booked this as we require the Baggage on Monday but it was delivered only on Tuesday that too 1400 PM and due to this their trip to Mysore was totally cancelled.
We need you to intervene in this and give us clarification and also the Refund of Money paid though they have incurred some loss by the way of cancellation of our trip to Mysore.
