I, hereby file this complaint against ST Courier for deficiency in service, negligence, and providing false and misleading information regarding the delivery of my consignment.
The details of the complaint are as follows:
I had booked / was expecting a courier through ST Courier which, as per their commitment, was supposed to be delivered by Saturday 18 April 2026- arrival date of consignment to Vijayawada from Hyderabad
However, the consignment has not been delivered even as of Tuesday 21 April 2026, resulting in an unreasonable delay of several days.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the courier service has been providing false information, stating that the parcel has already been “out for delivery, ” whereas no delivery attempt has actually been made by Vijayawada Head Office Gandhinagar- [protected]
This act amounts to:
Deficiency in service
Negligence
Unfair trade practice, as the company is misleading the customer
Due to this delay and misinformation, I have suffered:
Mental stress and inconvenience
Potential loss
I attempted to contact the concerned office, but no satisfactory response or resolution has been provided.
Relief Sought:
In view of the above, I respectfully request this Hon’ble Commission to:
Direct the courier company to immediately deliver the consignment
Award compensation for mental agony and inconvenience caused
Impose penalty for deficiency in service and misleading conduct
Direct the company to improve its service standards and accountability
I request the Hon’ble Commission to take necessary action and provide justice.
