St Courier — Courier not delivered on the right day but mentioned as door lock in online

I'm Sunantha Kumar from Thudiyalur Coimbatore. My friend has sent a courier on saturday, , courier number [protected] from Thoothukudi to Coimbatore. Address has been clearly mentioned with pincode as well as mobile number. But it didn't reach today Monday that is 02.08.2021. I have called tuticorin office and they said that it will deliver by today and they gave Mr. SUBRAMANIAN's mobile number to contact who is the person going to deliver. From morning till 3.50 his mobile number was busy or ring goes but he didn't pick the call. Later I verified in online tracking for my courier status. But it shows as door locked . So I again called Mr
Subramanian but now his mobile number is switched off at 3.52pm after marking doorlocked. So I called Coimbatore thudiyalur st courier landline number. A lady picked up and said as my house was closed it was mentioned as door locked. BUT the fact is I am always in home and no body came infront of my flat or my home. I mentioned this that I'm available in my home with doors open but why it is showing as door locked . The lady said we will let u know after calling Subramanian like that. I said I already called him so many times. He didn't respond properly and finally he switched off his number as such. Then the lady asked me to wait for a while till subramanian reach the office. But nobody called me again. Now on 4.55pm I called Mr.subramanian again and his number is available. I asked everything about the failed delivery. He just like that told I went to vella kinaru instead of coming to Thudiyalur sivasakthi Sowdampika Nagar. So hear the door no 5 is closed . So I marked as door closed like that. I asked.him can't u call the mobile number given in the courier parcel. But he lethargically saying today u won't get ur courier ..We will deliver it by 3.08.2021 or i[censored] need so urgent go and get it in the office as such. I'm very disappointed and felt worthless by your service. I again called the ST courier office Thudiyalur but a person who is a male picked up and shouted to.me that we will do like this only .. i[censored] need it very urgent come and get or else do what u like ..i[censored] want to complaint then complaint..we r here only.. I asked is this ur service ..then the person said yes this is our service like that.. how rude is your employee ...is this ur customer service..plz make note of it .
Word of mouth is more important right.. till now I didn't get my courier. Any wrong in my side.. i[censored] did any mistake while delivering can't u apologize..instead all r shouting and the way if responding to the literate customer like me is quiet disgusting. I need a solution. Both the office and the delivery man Mr.subramanian said that my courier will be delivered tomorrow that is on 3.08.2021 even if it is not my fault. Pls do the needful.. I need a good way of talk from ur employee. Do respect ur customers. We r not ur slaves. Give kind reply when u do mistakes.
