ST Courier — Documents Missing in Courier

Dear sir

We are a Transporter (Pon Pure Logistics Private Limited) and having branch office in Salem Sivathapuram, and we used to send the POD Hard copies to our Head Office in Chennai Anna Nagar, on[protected] we have sent an courier with an 571 no's of original Hard copy POD's to our HO (Tracking id [protected]) and it reached our HO on[protected] with a cover open condition and missing of 343 No's of POD Hard copies, we have asked the delivery person about this damage cover condition and he said we have received this only we don't know and ask the booking branch for the issue like that.

For the missing POD's we need to get repod's from all the branches and it costs us around Rs.20, 000/- we need this amount as a compensation for the missing POD's and wasting our time.

Note: We have attached the Photocopy of the condition of cover sent from Salem and Cover which Delivered at Chennai
