Extreme dissatisfaction with the worst courier experience I have ever had with courier service. My parcel (AWB: [protected]) was booked on January 5th from Cuddalore to Bangalore, and what followed was a completely unacceptable series of failures from the team.
First, the parcel was incorrectly sent to Ramnagara, even though my address is clearly in Bangalore. From January 5th to January 14th, I had to call st courier every single day, and every time I received the same false promise: “It will be delivered tomorrow.”
Despite 10 days of repeated follow‑ups, nothing was delivered.
On January 14th, after losing all patience, I requested a return of the parcel. Even the return process took another 10 days, again causing unnecessary stress.
Today, when I contacted Cuddalore office, they informed me that the product was “picked up.” This made me panic, because no one in my family had collected anything. When I called again, the staff casually said they “mistook it for another order, ” and that my parcel had actually arrived two days ago and that I should come and pick it up.
This level of miscommunication, negligence, and zero accountability is simply unacceptable.
St Courier team has caused:
Severe delay without any valid reason
Incorrect routing of the parcel
False promises for 10 consecutive days
Misinformation about return pickup
Zero proactive communication
Forcing the customer to follow up for every single update
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any courier service.
