ST Courier — Golu Bommai Toys Damaged Despite "Handle with Care" Label

On 19.09.2025 (Friday) afternoon, I couriered a package containing Golu Bommai toys from ST Courier, Chidambaram branch. I clearly instructed the staff to label the parcel with "Glass Items – Handle with Care" due to the fragile nature of the contents.
However, upon receiving the parcel on 20.09.2025 (Saturday) at 12:00 PM, I found that the toys were broken, indicating mishandling during transit. These items were intended for festive use and hold cultural significance.
I request ST Courier to investigate this issue, provide appropriate compensation, and ensure better handling of fragile items in future.
