St Courier — Missing Parcel for Last four months

We have sent three parcels from Aruppukottai to Palayamkotti, Tirunelveli on November month 2023. But the person who received the parcels got only one box. When he enquired about the same they didnt mention anything and told to contact the sender. Then we tried to track the missed parcels and after two months with lots of struggle and calls we got one of our parcel back. Still now we are searching the third box and no update on the same. They told to give the details about the list of items sent in the same. The same was done already and we are following up for the last four months. Now they told that they couldnt track the parcel and they can refund the money for the items missing. As per their request we have submitted all the bills of the missing items and now they informed us that it will take two months to process the refund. So we have to wait for another two months to get an update. The customer service is the worst it seems as we have lost so much of money and it affects our mental health also. In addition the parcels contains many personal items which has very less expiry date. There were four knitted sweaters which were done personally for my daughter by my mother. This is the second time we are facing such issue with ST courier as the first time we sent the parcel from Aruppukottai to Oslo, Norway which also caused lot of stress and physical efforts for us. Because the person who handled the parcel in Aruppukottai did't know anything about international parcels and our parcel got stuck in Chennai. We spent one week sleepless nights to track the parcel and we received the parcel with fine in Norway to the negligence of the sender. With lot of stress we are raising this complaint about ST courier and We are deeply annoyed and irritated with their service.
