ST Courier — My Letter took 12 days to go from Basavangudi in Bangalore to T.Nagar in Chennai

My Letter took 12 days to go from Basavangudi in Bangalore to T.Nagar in Chennai. Initially, for 1 week, there was no AWB. The hand written slip mentions that the letter was dropped off on Oct 21st. Finally, they gave an AWB no [protected] on Oct 31st. Then, the delivery date for the letter says that it was delivered on Nov 1st. The letter actually reached on Nov 4th.
Is this what you call customer service? Totally Pathetic. Will never use ST Courier again
