Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Prepaid Parcel (Tracking No. [protected])
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that my prepaid parcel from Thoothukudi Karuvaadu Kadai (Tracking No. [protected]) has not been delivered to my address. Instead, I received a call today from [protected] asking me to collect it from your office.
The parcel received on 18th at Ranipet hub as per tracking history. But call received today after (3 days from arrival).
Our place is with pincode 632404 (our address is between PULIYANKANU and THENGAL) in serviceable area it is showing as DELIVERABLE.
Purposely the team is insisting us to come to office to pick up the parcel. Also, they are threatening us, if I didn't pick-up they'll return the parcel.
Since this is a prepaid parcel, I request you to arrange immediate delivery to my home address as per standard courier service. Kindly confirm the delivery at the earliest.
Due to their lack of manpower, we should not get affected. So, Kindly request you to do the needful.
