ST Courier — Not delivering the parcel to home

I sent this parcel from Chennai to Karur on last Friday (July 5th). But till now the parcel is not delivered.
The Delivery person from Karur is saying to come and collect the parcel from Courier Office. I have rejected it and asked him to deliver the parcel to home.
Delivery person updated the parcel as Undelivered. Till now for last 2 days, It is Out for Delivery, and not delivered. Everyday I am getting Undelivered Status.
If I call ST Courier Customer care through call or mail, they are saying it will be delivered and no exact information.
Please check and update when it will be delivered.
