St Courier — Not receiving the parcel while urgent

My friend send the parcel from Aruppukottai to my place cuddaloor on 4th March.. but today date is 6th March.. but still I don't receive the parcel it is urgent.. we are using the courier for fast sending.. but your service is not acceptable and worst. If you couldn't delivery the goods on time please don't booking the parcel.. we'll find the subsidies..
