ST Courier — request for investigation o[censored]ndelivered consignment [tracking no: [protected] ]

I am writing to request an immediate investigation into my consignment with tracking number [protected], booked on 28/11 from Tirupur to Chennai. The parcel was expected to be delivered by 29/11, but it has still not been delivered.

As per the latest tracking status, it shows out for delivery on 01/12 but not received.
I first contacted Mr. Bilal ([protected]) and unfortunately, responses have been vague and disrespectful.

This is an important package and this delay and lack of clear communication has affected our business. So, please look into this matter and do the needful urgently.
