St Courier — worst st courier service at tenkasi

I am from tenkasi / mathalamparai. On 5th november (Last monday), i received a phone call from st courier tenkasi and they asked me to come tenkasi office and to collect the courier. I asked them to deliver the parcel to mathalamparai to me. Delivery address is in mathalamparai.
They speak cruel manner. They told that if i go there, they will give the parcel otherwise they will return the parcel. Then i asked them to write this statement and return the parcel...
I wait for three days.
After three days, today (9th november) i went to office at 9:45am. Office was closed. I waited for 20 minutes. Office was opened at 10:05am. I asked my parcel, they simply said that they returned the parcel.
I never seen such a bad service like this. And their words are very bad manners.
After that i read the google review of st courier tenkasi, comments are worst.
Hereafter i never ever use st courier.
