I am putting this compaling in favour of my friend Mr Abhishek Kumar who had a credit card Number[protected] given in name of Swati singh and since without his knowledge a expenditure of Rs 50000 was made and due amount was put in his name.After that in around 2010 recovery agent collected Rs 10000/- for settlement for the due amount after which no statement and nothing were communicated with him and he had to reshift his house after 8 year in another city till which he received no due statement from standard chartered bank assuming that account is settled . After 10 years as there was need for the loan the bank told him that there is already due amount in his name and his credit report is not good enough to lend him loan. It is requested to suggest as during lock down his job got lost and he is in need of loan urgently.
