Standard Chartered Bank — charges deducted from my current account [protected] gv sales

I have an current accoun in your bank having an account no [protected]
The charges wered educted from my account without any notification your officer didnt tell about minimum balance
I mail to him too many time he didnt respond
On october 10 once again charges were deducted when m mainting balance
That's not a good way of cheating

With due respect i would like to state that i am having a current account in your bank account no. [protected].

Your officer at the branch did not inform me about the minimum account balance maintainence charges so charges were deducted from my balance.

The charges were :-

1.2753.50+495.64 on 13/11/2017

2. 2863+515.34 on 10/01/2018

3. 3421+615.10 on 13/03/2018

I request to waive off my charges as i am maintaining minimum balnce from now. I shall be thankfull to you.

On october 8 once again an mount of 3097+ 557
