One fine day in december 2019 a message came to me that my credit card has been upgraded to digismart from landmark, post which my credit card got blocked, though I never blocked it, I never got any more credit cards as well as never did anyone reach out to me to deliver my credit card though message came that its out for delivery, from[protected] I have never swiped the card but they have charged me a bomb and kept on charging me more than my card limits, now after covid came I was badly hit financially, as I lost on my salaries and other inflows of money the same was conveyed to them on their customer portal as well as when their collection team called for the payment. I even told them I am ready to settle it out and close the amount because without even swiping the card the amount has been inflated up by more than what my credit limit was, I have no idea, on how to close this account I am not willing to pay the wrongfully charged amount for their pleasure at the same time want to be away from this burden by settling the right amount please suggest on what can be done.
