We are concerned to note that you have requested to cancel your credit card relationship with us.
Our records indicate that the card ending 5038 has been dispatched to your mailing address on 18 September 2018 through Blue Dart couriers vide Airway Bill Number [protected] and the same was returned undelivered on CONSIGNEE SHIFTED FROM THE GIVEN ADDRESS due to the reason.
If you wish to avail the replacement card, we request you to revert us back with the confirmation.
If you still wish to cancel the card, As on date, there is an excess balance on your card account ending 5038 amount of INR 1354.63.
If you wish to avail Credit Balance Refund, we request you to revert us with the below mentioned details:
1. Bank name
2. Savings account number from Registered email id
3. IFSC Code
4 Mailing address
Once we receive the asked information, we will send you an update about the refund and do the needful.

Alternatively revert us the confirmation to nullify the card account, Post which the statement will not generated towards the card account.
