Credit Card NoC Document Request

Hi, Credit Card Number : [protected]
I have requested cancellation of above card from many years still its not been cancelled yet, I have cleared all my dues recently thought my saving bank account ([protected]). Request you to cancel this credit card and prove me the NoC certificate....

Once Standard Charted sales team had visited our office. Sales team requested I to avail the SC credit card. I refused multiple times because I had a bad experience. They insisted me and said it is life time free card whether you use it or not. I did not know they were making a false commitment for the annual charges. I received message from SC bank related to overdue changes. I tried to visit customer care multiple times. But they had not helped me on this.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Issue on Providing Account Statement

    I have raised a request o get bank statement from SCB app itself on 21st Jul 22 it completed 25th jul 22till now i have raise multiple request i didn't receive statement They don't have facility to download account statement from Desktop/Mobile applications which is very poor thing i tried to contact customer care and branch people they aren't helping me keep on saying wait till 1 working day for simple statement do we need to wait for more...

    I paid my statement due on time, however, I find a TRFD entry and an interest charge. I have sent two emails asking for an explanation and there has been no response.

    I am yet to get a response to my online account
    However, I got a text that I have not been using my credit card ending with XXXX since 1 year and it will be disabled if I do not use it within another week
    I have again sent an email from my online account asking for an explanation

    Here is the ludicrous explanation they have provided, which is not acceptable, please advise how I can escalate further :

    This is with reference to your Internet Banking query dated 20 July 2022 regarding credit card.

    We understand your concerns regarding the payment been credited across your card account number ending with 5634.
    Here, we must inform you that in the absence of specific instructions from the customer, we ensure that the total payment received is credited to both your card accounts so that at least the Minimum Amount Due. The Bank can apply the funds against the card accounts for the balance, if any, at its own discretion.
    Therefore, your payment of INR 2286.66 been apportioned towards the dues in your accounts on 6 July 2022 as follows:
    · Account ending 1083, Amount INR: 2286.66
    Hence, interest and financial charges were debited to your card account. We regret our inability to reverse the same.

    Here is the explanation I sent, even if I ma paying my dues for both cards within time, they are using that same payment amount and charging interest and penalty :
    I paid the due amount for card ending1083 for that month on 3rd June 2022. Even when I paid that amount you did a TRFD in my card ending 5634, why ?
    You mean to say even though I'm paying my dues on time for both the cards you want to penalize me with your dubious payment handling system ?
    Look at this month's transaction, I again paid the amount of 2281.26 INR on 4th August for card ending 1083 and the same amount is reflecting as TRFD in my card ending 5634 immediately and you will now claim that my 2nd Aug payment due for card ending 5634 is partial and again charge penalty ????

    Is this a new scheme for illegally extracting money or a mistake in your system you should rectify ?

    As per terms and condition bank may apportion if due amount is not paid within due date, however,
    I paid due amounts every time within due date hence apportioning them and then charging interest
    is ILLEGAL. They are violating the TERMS and CONDITION listed in their payment due slip.

    I have already paid extra 10000 INR due to your ILLEGAL interest charges as I paid all my dues within due date

    Again this month the same thing has happened you have done ILLEGAL TRFD for dues paid separately within DUE DATE for both my accounts

    I am not going to pay you any further if you are not able to resolve above and pay back the ILLEGALLY charged A4Interest and GST

    Please cancel my cards

    This is terrible service to a loyal customer who did business with you for over 20 years

      I can see that there was a TRFD made by the bank without my concern from my Titanium credit card to Platinum credit card outstanding amount 3151 on the Platinum credit card.

      AND now the bank is charging me Interest and service tax for this TRFD. But I want to clearly mention the TRFD was made before the due date and there was no instruction from me to make a TRFD. Therefore bank can't charge me any Interest on my Titanium Credit Card for making a TRFD to Platinum card by BANK self.

      I would also like to mention I have paid all outstanding card before due days all the time and never provided any instruction for fund transfer from one card to another

        Hi,

        I suddenly received the below SMS from my bank that I have some due payments on my credit card. I have settled abroad for the last 6.5 years and before that I settled all my credit card dues which I had once.

        I never received any msgs regarding the credit card in the last 6.5 years however suddenly my bank has started sending me the following msgs.

        Payment on your card ending 7781 is due soon. Our partner CITI COLLECTIONS INDIA PVT LTD,[protected] 42564165 may reach out to assist you on the same. Please ignore if paid. StanChart

        When I asked for explanation, this is the mail they sent.

        This is with reference to your e-mail dated 07 July 2022, addressed to Customer Care, regarding your Credit Card.

        Please note that we maintain a separate account for the loan availed in your card account. The EMI will be debited to the Instabuy’s account every month which will enable you to track the EMI details separately for the respective loan availed in your card. The account ending 7781 is your Instabuy’s account.

        We confirm that your credit card account was permanently invalidated in our records.

        On reviewing your card account, we find that you have been effecting either partial / no payment towards the outstanding due. Hence, the applicable financial charges were debited to your card account as per the terms and conditions.

        On date, the current outstanding in your card account ending 7781 is INR 7282.38. We request you to effect payment towards the same at the earliest.

        I have no clue where this outstanding amount is coming from. I have also informed my bank that I am settled abroad by sharing necessary documents through courier and mail.

        Can you please help me from not getting charged for no reason. If at all my credit card was still functional or had any dues, why didn’t the bank inform me sooner. I have been always in contact with them for other services.

          I am facing ECS failure issue since 2020 due to auto FD service which bank has activated in my account, via email i have requested multiple time to deactivate this, as per their request i have also visited chembur branch on 11th Jun, however still it is not resolved after submitting request, neither they are deactivate quickly neither agree to pay ECS failure charge they have applied on my account.

              Respected Sir/Madam,

              I have being escalated many times to your support team, regarding closing my credit card. But still you have being sending me monthly bills with your service charges added.
              I have not used your card since more than 5 yrs now and is already blocked.

              I request to close my credit card and reverse the amount paid for your service.

                  Hi Team, I was a proud owner of SCB credit card no[protected] once upon a time. Somewhere in May 2007 i deposited my cheque for credit card payment in a drop box at railway station in Mumbai western suburbs which was finally cleared by SCB team beyond due date. As per system, a default penalty fee of Rs 250 was levied in next bill. On contacting the executive i was assured that request has been placed for reversing due to exceptional circumstances and that i could proceed to pay remaining amount of principal on credit card. Now when i received the next bill, i was shocked to find not only the amount was not reversed but additional penalty of Rs 250 was levied whereby I contacted who said that this amounts cannot be reversed. As my trust was broken, i refrained from using the card any further and also did not make the payment and also my request for closure of credit card was denied. Over the years, the build up of compound interest was such that the amount of Rs 250/- (being penal interest and not any default of any principal amount) swelled to around 18k. Finally after negotiations the case was closed after a nominal payment looking to extraordinary circumstances and an assurance vide letter datd 13 May 2010 from SCB that all CIBIL records will be updated and corrected. Now I see that the records continue to reflect the defaults assumingly made by me (totaling to 25 cycles) which is hampering to forge any new relationship with SCB (both home loan and credit card) even when my credit score has been hovering around 800 (crossed 800 in recent past also). Can I request your intervention here and can you please clean up the records as was agreed vide your letter dated 13 May 2010 and our agreement.

                    My name is Mohd. Wasi Rayeeny and my card number is 4541-××××-××××-9001. My credit card bill gets generated on every month of 07th. On 7th May 2022 my due amount was Rs. 8427.22. I made a payment on 21st May 2022 of Rs 8427.22 alongwith my E.M.I Bill of amount Rs 5546.45 on the same date.

                    My next bill dated 07th Jun 2022 was genereted Rs. 12521.35 as EMI bill, which is incorrect.

                    I called customer care number on 09th June 2022 and its reference number is [protected].

                    I request you to remove all extra charges from my bill. So that, I could deposit actual E.M.I. amount of Rs 5546.35.before due date 29Jun, 22.

                    I request you to avoid this kind of mistakes in future.

                          I’ve called the customer service numerous times last week (week during 8th MAy 2022 to 19th May 200) to check why one the transaction (USD 100) is keep getting declined even though the international spending is active on my card. The initial request was made on 08.05.2022 and its been 15 days and there’s not even a single communication from your end.

                          Last time I called the customer care team was on 19th May to check the status and the lady from your team on the phone confirmed that the international spend is active but still she cannot find any issue. She also said that she’ll arrange a call back from the concerned team with in 24 hours with out fail. It’s been 3 days am waiting for the call back from the team and no one called me yet. Wondering why you're so misguiding the customers. If you cannot fix/resolve an issue, just tell us that you're inefficient and useless.

                          Is this way you handle the customer complaints?

                          If you cannot handle/resolve customer queries, then just tell on the customer face itself that you are not capable so that we will close the accounts with you.

                          It’s so pathetic and utterly disappointed customer service from your end to the least to say.

                            I paid my home loan in full but the original documents have not received yet . In order to collet the documents, I called their phone banking more than 15 times waiting several minutes each time, Phone banking support is not helping as each time they say to call after two days or disconnect the calls . I have sent an email to Customer.[protected]@sc.com but no response after several days of follow up .

                              Am raising this complaint after trying for 3 months to resolve the issue but unable to do so because of their horrible customer care experience, False promises of callback, me being pushed to various departments and LOONG CALL times

                              Subject: I hold Emirates Master Card since 2019 which earns me reward points and can be converted to my Emirates Skywards miles.
                              But this is NOT happening from 2019 until now. And there is absolutely NO resolution from bank

                              Kindly help

                                Since last several statement standard Chartered is charging late fee, internet bla bla without any reason.

                                I am timely paying the statement amount through cred.

                                Now I have lost all the trust on credit cards due to Standard Chartered looting scheme.

                                Currently I am having AMEX credit card also. They are not charging single penny extra. Whoever is reading it pls don't take standard chartered credit card ever. I have tried to connect customer care also many times but never succeeded..

                                True, I agree with you, never say Yes for SC credit card, it is a scam for looting the customer.

                                  Hi Sir, I have been offered in 2016 an SC credit card with no charges as long as I am paying what I spent for.
                                  And I was staying as tenant in Pune. Now around 2019 I moved to another rented house I realized during shifting card is misplaced, so requested the team to block the card and re-issue to new address, and to my surprise two things happened.
                                  1. I was asked to pay annual membership fees and charges.
                                  2. I was asked to produce adhar card of new address and office was not agreeing to accept rent agreement as proof.

                                  So considering both not possible, I let it go. Then also I tried checking my card balance online but it wasnt available for me to select, considering its closed as I paid what all I used it for.

                                  Now recently I have taken a home loan and then all of a sudden they started calling me and asking or threatening me to pay 5705 INR, which is totally absurd and incorrect ask.

                                  Can you help me sort this matter please.
