[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — credit card on a4 charge wrongly charges . | |
I am using standard c c and also use emi on card.. I am paying using cred app for paying card amount from month of jan to apr I always paid full amount.. In month of april showing 24+k cred app and i paid full amount via cred app after few days bank added a4 interest.. Which one wrong Suppose that i paid minimum amount and emi balance why changes this amount.. I spoke customer care they are two times confirmed you are valuable customer will raised ticket and resolved within two days.. But till date not waive my amount.
