I have attached the email from scb bank. But still now my name is in default list in cibil report. But i am unable to apply credit card or loan. I am a middle class family. Please help and sort out the issue. I have attached noc also. Kindly refer the below mail. Ref : 03/16/059957/sp/crd Dear mr mohan, This is with reference to your e-mail dated 28 march 2016.
