Bank continues to bill me, post clearance of total balance and card cancellation Total outstanding amount - rs 1, 63, 117 was paid by check no - 166821 (Kotak bank), realized on 4th august 2017. I requested a pre closure of personal loan, for which bank debited EMI from my Standard Chartered (SC) account and also from my ECS account, that too exceeding the installment amount.
Later they credited EMI amount that was debited in excess but did not refund the erroneously credited amount (in addition to EMI amount).
