Standard Chartered Bank — Incorrect charges on my CC | |
This is in regards to my stan char credit card. There has been an on going issue since may 2015 with some unauthorised charges on my cc. I have done everything that was needed and submitted. It was agreed with one of your managers sometime last year in july that card shall be closed and all dues cleared. As it was established from the vendor himself that it was in error and charges not incurred by me. I also did receive a letter from sc stating all clear but continue to get monthly stmts asking me to pay 9000 odd rs. For lpc for no fault of mine. Ive written emails to ssc complaints dept, nodal officer and prime nodal officer twice in one year and have not received any response to it, Pl clear all dues send me a 0 bal stmt and close the card... This is defi affecting my credit rating and i want all of this cleared... Dont want to deal with bank like you'll This is mental torture for me and i immediately request a written confirmation of all dues cleared and all my cards closed. This is affecting my cibil rating big time and i need this cleared up Was this information helpful? | |
