Standard Chartered Bank — money deducted from my account, receiver didn't receive the amount | |||
Hi, I did a transaction on 31st of august 2019 of worth rs 15000. The money got deducted from my account, however the receiver didn't receive the money. The receiver bank denies any such transaction. Since the transaction was done through the phonepe app, i contacted the phonepe support but to no help as they say it is successful from them and i need to check with scb in order to get my money back. Underneath i am furnishing some of the details regarding the transaction. Let me know if anything else is required. I am paying my bill on time every time.
But I found that a bulk amount transfer to TRFD.
And I paid my current month bill but suddenly today I get one more statement before date with 5729/- amount.
What is going on with my statement.
