Standard Chartered Bank — My Loan Amortisation | |||
Hi, The said bank bought over Barclays with whom I had a personal loan. Stan Chart bank staff make offers and also shows an outstanding amount that is unreasonably higher than their own amortsation schedule that they have shared with me a little earlier. I see they manipulate accounts and silently play with the balances. Also they do not allow a prepayment on the loan account and have been very unhelpful I have the same problem with their credit card accounts. The only way to contact them is thru their call centres of customer support mails. These don't respond correctly. How can I get the correct picture. Was this information helpful? | |||
