Standard Chartered Bank — no due certificate not received for credit card payment

Hi All,
Just a bit of background - I wanted to pay < Rs.4000 for Standard chartered bank credit card for long time. Due to some reasons, I did not paid for 2 years and eventually, CIBIL score got affected as it was mentioned as WRITTEN OFF account.

Now, in the month of November 2018, I got active again and paid remaining outstanding amount to SCB via an agency (CreditMantri.com) and lender(SCB) also accepted the payment.

Now, even after 120 days, this SCB bank did not report this account as CLOSED to CIBIL transunion agency. It didnt send me "No due" certificate either. Completely disappointed with this SCB on bureau updates.

SCB's phone banking is the worst phone banking i've ever seen in my life. It doesn't contain any way to talk to customer care executive to find a way to proceed.
