Standard Chartered Bank — No Response / Service from Bank | |||
I have applied for the loan transfer from Standard Chartered bank to Axis Bank. The Sphatica enterprises approached me for providing the services for Loan Tranfer. I have asked Correction on List of Document from bank. Written atleast more than 20 e-mails, Contacted Customer Helpdesk, Service Manager, Given Complanits and visited the Service Branch but these is no response from the bank. I am following up with the bank since last 3 month but there is no response. Can you help me on this. Was this information helpful? | |||

The Standard Chartered Bank people are so shameless that I am writing a mail to them almost every day but they are not responding. AT times when I write a mail to Mr X I get an Out of office response stating please contact Mr Y and when I write to Mr. Y I get an automated reply please contact MR X. The given phone number is either in correct opr not working. And what a shame is that you are asking to write to some other e-mail id. What a shame?
