Standard Chartered Bank — Not allowing me to close the personal loan

Hi,

It's so bad experience with Standard chartered bank. Regarding the personal loan 50571532. The bank is cheating by not allowing me to close the loan. I have already paid 12 EMIs. The customer satisfaction is ZERO. the staff members are so rude, not cooperative. They have issued a closure letter on 24th April 5PM IST and "The cheque issued towards prepayment should be realized before 24th of the Month to ensure that next month instalment
cheque is not banked by us." It clearly shows how they want to cheat. To serve this line, they should send this letter before 24th, then this line is valid.

It is so disgusting, such a bad experience with the standard chartered bank. I would like to recommend not to bank with "Standard chartered" bank.

They will absorb your money like anything. They don't call you back for any complaint resolution, and they say that your number is not reachable, and they will say we have sent you an SMS. the funny part is when the number is not reachable continuously for some days, how he/she will receive the SMS.

They are threatening me that they will affect my CIBIL score, and they will deduct my next EMI.

I am so worried now, I don't have much money in my account, as I transferred my friend to close the loan account on my behalf. i dont know what to do. As a banker, they dont have any rights to stop the loan closure. We have our Indian citizenship rights to open our voice against corruption.

You don't get any email reply if you send any email for clarification.
They just simply see our emails and trash it.

I have never seen such corrupted bank in my life.

I am requesting Indian govt to take serious action against corrupted, indecent banks.

If we say, I am going to complain to Indian Govt against you, then don't care, they don't fear. They don't have any ethics, any values, any customer commitments.
