Standard Chartered Bank — Online account misrepresentation ,suppression of fds and interest | |||
My name is Mallika Swaminathan. Annapurni Swaminathan my mother is 91 yrs old. My account is AXCESS plus. The fds are not visible. No interest is given on it.there is no confirmation and no deposit number has been given. The bank admits that there is FD. The FD has been created In 2012, 2013. By me. FD details are not confirmed nor interest have been given.i am 68 yrs old. Annapurni Swaminathan acc is 2 in 1 falsely projected as Esaver. The FD is not visible. Both are individual accounts under different pan cards but are maintained under one online account and FD details are not being shared with me despite several requests since 2019. October 2012 estatements are not given despite repeated requests. Since my mother is old I am a cosignee in her account because her signature is illegible. But the account is in her pan card number.
