Standard Chartered Bank — Online fraud transactions

On 20th feb 2016 from my standard chartered bank savings account 8 online transactions of amount 60, 000 happened which were not done by me and these transactions are done without otp.
I was away from india from 29th january 2016 and my registered mobile number was switch offed as it cannot work out side india.
Immediately i had submitted complaint to bank through email along with screen shots of fraud transactions and also i informed in the same mail as my registered mobile number is switched off please call on so an so number.
I got acknowledge mail from scb customer care as my complaint registered and will get back. So i have waited for 24hrs and called customer care and updated same thing then they replied will put those transactions on hold and scb fraud team will get back in 24hrs but again i haven't got any call and again i called scb customer care and got suprised as they closed my complaint by stating that my mobile number is switched off.
I already informed them through mail and in customer care call as i'm outside india my mobile number doesn't work please reach on so and so number but standard chartered bank is really shown their negligence and closed complaint.
Again i call customer care and spoke in very serious manner then i got call from scb fraud team and requested me to give 45 days for their investigation.

So i have waited for 45 days then i got call from scb fraud team and said those transactions were happen through secured sites so we can't process.

At that moment after hearing those words i really felt very bad about standard chartered banking process and i asked few questions to the same person but they are not able to answer.

1. How did you accepted those transactions without otp?
2. I need i. P address of the system where those transactions taken place?
3. What investigation you have done in 45 days? I need detail report of your investigation?

For the above questions following replies i got from standard chartered fraud team that
1. No answer
2. No answer
3. It's a bank internal investigation we can't provide

Then straight i replied them why can't you investigation report to the actual customer
It shows they intentionally took 45 days of time and just time passed and answered sorry we can't process.
There is no proof as they did really investigation or not.

After all these i submitted complaint at rbi ombudsman then i got immediately call from scb chennai and requested me to give 7 working days for their investigation.
At that moment i felt what a crazy bank it is they have already taken 45 days for investigation. Again requesting for 7 days and requested me to submit police complaint also. And this was happened on april 25th 2016.

But till now no solution from standard chartered bank and no proper response also.
Standard chartered bank intentionally postponing my complaint to quit my self.

And one more thing i submitted complaint to cyberabad crime branch hyderabad.
As usual no result from police department also.

After seeing my situation my few friends closed their accounts from standard chartered bank.
And more are going to close from my working company.

Finally from my experience i can say in india if you face any fraud you won't get any solution either from bank or police.

Standard Chartered Bank India added an extra amount as Interest although I paid the last bill within the due date.
