I have made payment of my subscription of rs 50300 to my nps tier 1 account a/c no[[protected]] on 09/01/2023 through online using your payment gateway in NSDL. But i din't get any confirmation of this transaction from nps. I do not get any mail for this transaction but I got message to my mobile and also it is refrected in the bank statement i got the description of this transaction as 09/01/2019- PAYMENT GATEWAY XBCMFIPRU FOR 80CCD(B[protected]
I raised a complaint in NSDL portal and they told to wait for 3 days. It has become more than 72 hrs yet there is no information of this transaction in the portal and even no return back of money.
