Repeated Daily Spamming

Dear sir, Not a day passes when I don't get four- eight spam mails from STANDARD CHARTERD BAMK, India. Repeated complaints to the company has not yielded nay results.. I fail to understand what this cheap worthless ccmpany gains by sending out so many spam mails....

Frequent calls and Robocalls

I am not in any relation with you (credit card/Loans/ Bank...).
I told several times I am not interested, why you guys are calling daily voice as well as Robot call and wasting our time.

Without informing charged over limit fee

I did not exceed my credit card limit still thev have charged me the amount of 890 rs. Without informing. And the never mentioned this thing anywhere. As per the reviews seems like its happening with every scb coustomer....

Credit Card unauthorized and miscalculated Credit card charges

Sir,
I have purchased 3 product in EMI plan through Standard Chartered Bank credit card. My total amount per month EMI will be less than Rupees 2000, but every the bankers sending huge bills with interest rates and late fee payment I am not supposed to pay for that.
I have raised complaint to their consumer care, but instead of giving me solution again they are repeating the same with more unauthorized fee amount.

Credit card - charges for hidden and unused

I have paided full amount upto nov, 2022. At the time balance is 0. I am raising request upto 3 times to close card but no response.They providing charges for every month.And also they are sending mail ...without pay your credit score will affect. Payment to NPS Tier 1 account

I have made payment of my subscription of rs 50300 to my nps tier 1 account a/c no[[protected]] on 09/01/2023 through online using your payment gateway in NSDL. But i din't get any confirmation of this transaction from nps. This complaint is regarding the CUSTOMER service of Standard Chartered .

I am not able to use my CREDit card and online banking, Calling the bank CUSTOMER service for more than 15 days, they are just giving some common solution and disconnecting the call.

Spoken more than 30 minutes on call and last he said he will lodge an escalation email to the department and also given me an escalation email id which is wrong.br...

Charges on my bank account because of their bank representative irresponsibility

I have an account with Standard Chartered Bank. I had walked in to SCB for ECS cancellation on my account and I was advised to just fill one form to cancel ECS and I did, I was informed that ECS will be cancelled and not to worry but later again I had ECS charges on my account. When I called SCB, they told that they can't cancel ECS as ECS Debits can be on multiple dates in a month and they said I was supposed to fill multiple forms for those...

I am valuable customers of standard charted credit card more then 6 years .I have never face so much issue and you had a good customer support .So i was using my credit card without any hesitation.(For your reference i want to come to your notice that i have other credit card from different service provider)

Dear sir, Despite repeated daily complaints to you and to the head customer service @idfcbank, I still got 9 spam mails in 24 hrs from Standard Chartered Bank through [protected]@connevtinboxx.com.
Wonder when this Spammer of the First Order will quit their nefarious activities....

Spammer Bank

Dear sir, today I have received 10 (TEN) spam mails from Stanfdard Chartered Bank through [protected]@connectinboxx.com. My repeated complaints to them have not yielded any reply, To avoid filters the spammer is repeatedly chnaging the title/ heading/ Id ie Standard, SCB, SC CC. Hence they are Spammers Bank....

And also they are creating new credit cards and sending which I did not request in any channel. because of additional credit cards and I am paying additional annual charges (I am not using them).

Credit card reward point redemption

I have been registerd complain to you nodal officer with ref. No. (KMM39591091V41158L0KM)

He replied me that we wish to clarify that our association with Landmark has already been withdrawn with effect from 29 February 2020. However, the existing Landmark card can be used till plastic expiry.

This is not valid and liable conclusion. Also said me i already unform via mail. I want to clarify that i have 10, 000+...
