Personal loan is taken my name: jahnavi kandakatla

Without asking customer they have opted my personal loan for moratorium in the name of covid 19 and we need to follow the bank to get out of moratorium. My personal loan is going to end in may 2020.

Can you please take strict action against bank how come they take decision with out consulting the customer
