A wrong late fee charges and interest has been levied on my standard chartered landmark credit card no ending with 9969 for not paying the full outstanding amount for the statement generated for the month of march, 2020.
I would like to let you know that, i have been regularly paying all my credit card dues before the due date as same can be confirmed by my credit payment history, and this time too, i had kept sufficient credit balance in my landmark credit card ending with 9969 to be transferred to my instabuys executive acc. No ending with 1548, but surprisingly the full billed amount has not been transferred to my instabuy account from my credit card balance as it was going always despite the availability of full amount. Hence, i have been levied with a late fees charges which i feel is not a fault from my side, its complete a deficiency in service from the bank side. The transactions details are given below.
Wrong transaction details are-
25/03/2020 a4interest inr 659.02 dr,
21/03/2020 a3late charges inr 500.00 dr,
21/03/2020 73igst @ 18.00% inr 90.00 dr,
24/04/2020 a4interest inr 196.05 dr
Several times i made complaint at customer. [protected]@sc.com (Ref no.[protected] dated 14/04/2020, 2nd ref no.[protected] dated 26/03/2020) about this late charges but they never considered my complaint and didn't review or reply to my complaint.
So taking this matter seriously, i request you to please look into complaints carefully, and review my application.
I would highly appreciate if you can help revert these charges and credit back the amount in my account, so that i could use my card more conveniently for my future usages. Otherwise i will believe that my concerns has neet been address with sincerity from your side, i will stop using this card for my all futute purposed or i will close this account permanently.

Standard Chartered Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Last month my bill amount not paid in due date because of covid 19. This situation bank side debited interest and other tax charges. So please refund my amount. Government instructions is not any charge to members but you deduct my amount. So please refund my amount at the earliest.
