Hi Team,

It looks like there is no end to these promotional calls even after raising more than 1000 DND complaints in last 3 years, still getting these unsolicited calls. I am fed of these harassments and it is effecting my personal life. Please take a action and stop this.

    Hi,
    My loan a/c no 52592618. I've visited the Jadavpur (Kolkata) branch multiple times to just change my EMI date. Every time someone from the bank whose name is Sraddha said that she has sent a mail but not getting reply from the concern person. From last one month She is repeating the same thing.
    Feeling helpless...

      With reference to the above sited subject, regarding cancellation of
      credit card ending 0529, in this connection I have been talked to your customer care officer two time, for cancellation of manhattan card and master card each of ending no 0529 and 9140, master card has been cancelled but manhattan card 0529 not cancelled till to date, and card charges debitd to my account so request you to be treated as cancelled, I am senior citizen govt . officer . retire life passes smoothly, no any borrow from the bank, awaiting for your reply, and quick nation to be taken in this case

            Hello,

            I have been a previlaged customer of SC, from last 18 months and I was happy with your banking services, recently I requested for a new debit card I received a brand new one but tap and pay feature was not working so I raised a complaint no one bothered to get back to me and even ask what is the issue, I called plenty of times to your executive and their reply is we will get back to you shortly, most of the times they haven't, after getting fed of from you customer support I dropped emails few I got reply stating we will get back to you in 2 working days, then again the same trend follow I have to reach you people ask the executive to escalate and in reply get a telephonic call where executive assures me the problem will be sorted as early as possible it's been more than 2 weeks and still my problem remains the same, is this the kind of service you people give to your customers by testing their limits and patience, making them call you people time and again don't we have any other work apart from calling you and in return get a reply that we will get back to your shortly,
            Even though I had plenty of options to switch to other I stayed with SC and in return I was harrassed in this way my neglecting my problem making me wait for weeks, none responded to my emails I have screen shots with me if you want I can share it with you, I even have a video which shows my debit card is not working with tap & pay feature.

            Last but not the least I have no hesitation in stating that this is the worst customer service I have evey received from a bank.

            Kindly treat your customers well, we trust you by placing our hard earned money in your bank.

                I had a salary account of standard chartered Bank. It's been 2 yrs I left my company but standard chartered Bank haven't sent me any notification or intimation for 2yrs that account will get convert to saving account that has to maintain 25k minimal balance.i was using standard chartered Bank account freely for 2yrs by transferring personal money not more than 10k.uptil 2yrs bank has not converted my account to saving account.and when lockdown started without giving prior notification or intimation bank has converted my account to saving account with minimal balance maintenance of 25k.after lockdown I again joined one company from where my salary credited to standard chartered Bank as i given choice for this account only as salary account.suddenly when my first salary credited bank deducted rs.5000 from my account as non-maintenance charges.i want my money refund as bank has not previously notified me.totally fraud bank didn't even have value for customer hard earned salary.?????

                    Hi,

                    I have been applied an extra tax (trfd) of 384rs on my credit card payment still i paid the bill before due date. the due date for my credit card payment was 12th nov 2020 but still the bank has charged me the extra tax on the payment. i am not understanding why the bank has charged me this tax as i have done my payment before due date. can you please help me out in this situation ASAP.

I left the company now account showing negative balance now it was told that it is zero balance account while taking account i am not using debit card, .                         Greetings,

                        A Bank operating in our Country called Stadard Chartered Bank has caused an Immense turmoil to me with it's predatory and un-informed actions. I'm a student of India studying in foreign nation and before pursuing my higher studies I quit my job the bank account provided by my then employer for salary credits was Standard Chartered Bank. The bank changed the account status without any communication to me and has levied charges of over 8000 Ruppess in the name of charges for not mainitaining minimum balance. When questioned about the same the below is the response "bank reserves the right to convert the account as axcess plus account." In the years of pursuing my overseas education I was not once informed about the charges being levied or the change of account status from 0 balance to plus. I request Consumer Complaints to provide a resolution to this issue. among the pandemic when everyone is struggling this behaviour of the banks only creates more struggles for the ordinary. I request help from Consumer Complaints forum and provide solution to this.

                            I have standard chartered accountant, on my account there is an another instabuys is added with out my permission, they changing every month 4 to 5 thousend rupees. This is not fair, with out customers permission how the company will add these kind of rubbish things to their account. It's not acceptable. Need to take action on this

                                Hi team,
                                I was using Standard Chartered Credit card and later I decided to close it. I made all the due payment on time and registered my case with the customer care team to close it. It has been more than 2.5 months and still my card is active and bill is getting generated. The charges of card is getting added every month. Despite calling their team more than 4 times they have not closed it. So, I would request you to close the card asap.

                                  Iam holding a salary account with SCB no: [protected] in chennai past 3 years.Its a zero balance account but instead they are deducting Minimum balane non maintenance charges past 2 years, I ve escalated the issue many times but they are least bothered of anything. I want a full refund of the aforesaid charges so far deducted.

                                      I have to pay additional interest twice because my ECS failed because of bank system, both time i was having sufficient balanace in my account, however due to some autofixdeposit facility they have activated on my account my ECS used to get fail, i have paid extra 700rs as an interest because of it, please find latest complaint details including previous one.

                                        Hello,

                                        I have my regular ecs scheduled for every 5th of month (43062rs), for oct month the ecs failed and when i inquired to hdfc limited, they told me that standard chartered bank rejected payment due to insufficient balance, however i was having 43100 rs in my account since 3rd oct, now i have to pay unnecessary interest of 342rs due this.
