Hi,

My service request is pending for more than 12 days to cancel my credit card.
Their numbers are not working & i am really struggling to get my card cancelled. Have written them emails several times.
Please note - all the payments are cleared & i also don't wish to use their reward points.

    I am used standard chartered bank credit card. Last month my bill amount not paid in due date because of covid 19. This situation bank side debited interest and other tax charges. So please refund my amount. Government instructions is not any charge to members but you deduct my amount. So please refund my amount at the earliest.

      I have received mail from my bank that you have written off my amount 9262.00 against my credit card. For your kind information the payment was already done, i am sending you receipt of payment done. Please specify how can you report false cibil and also specify that your bank has reported cibil mentioning that amount is being waved off.
      Payment receipts and false reporting clearly shows your wrong intentions.
      Please sort the matter immediately and remove my name from this otherwise strict legal action will be taken against everyone from my side.
      I am attaching payment receipts and details of cibil reported. After clear payment they reported cibil.

            I am using standard chartered titanium credit card from last 1 year. I made a full payment of my last month credit card bill before the due date but still they charged interest which is reflected on my current statement. I want the false charges to be remove so that i can close this credit card.

              I have been using standard chartered credit card from almost 6 years. I have always paid all the dues well on time.

              Recently, i checked my cc statement and found out that the bank has imposed 767.08 inr as a4interest on 25th may 2020.

              Also, there is amount of 138.07 inr charged as [protected]@18.00%.

              I had already paid the minimum amount due mentioned on the statement. I believe if the customer is always paying all the dues on time and never had a history of non-payment then the bank should consider those facts. For any reason if the full payment is not made then the bank should talk to the customer and inform them before imposing any interest or penalty. I believe we maintain bank accounts with such banks keeping in mind that we will be given every priviledge and facility. If the bank can't even call once and inform the customers about something important then there is no point maintaining bank account with these private banks.

                  Incorrect credit card charges as late fee

                  I have been using standard chartered credit card for more than 7 years and was happy with the service untill last couple of months.
                  1. They shipped a new card (Digismart)
                  2. Although, continues charging late fees for landmark card (Xxx6576).

                    I am using standard c c and also use emi on card..
                    I am paying using cred app for paying card amount from month of jan to apr

                    I always paid full amount..

                    In month of april showing 24+k cred app and i paid full amount via cred app after few days bank added a4 interest.. Which one wrong

                    Suppose that i paid minimum amount and emi balance why changes this amount..

                    I spoke customer care they are two times confirmed you are valuable customer will raised ticket and resolved within two days.. But till date not waive my amount.

                      Please confirm why these charges has been applicable to me.

                      For security reason i have not disclosed my credit card details, i have also inform to standard charted bak for the same but i have not received any information.

                        A wrong late fee charges and interest has been levied on my standard chartered landmark credit card no ending with 9969 for not paying the full outstanding amount for the statement generated for the month of march, 2020.

                        I would like to let you know that, i have been regularly paying all my credit card dues before the due date as same can be confirmed by my credit payment history, and this time too, i had kept sufficient credit balance in my landmark credit card ending with 9969 to be transferred to my instabuys executive acc. No ending with 1548, but surprisingly the full billed amount has not been transferred to my instabuy account from my credit card balance as it was going always despite the availability of full amount. Hence, i have been levied with a late fees charges which i feel is not a fault from my side, its complete a deficiency in service from the bank side. The transactions details are given below.

                        Wrong transaction details are-
                        25/03/2020 a4interest inr 659.02 dr,
                        21/03/2020 a3late charges inr 500.00 dr,
                        21/03/2020 73igst @ 18.00% inr 90.00 dr,
                        24/04/2020 a4interest inr 196.05 dr

                        Several times i made complaint at customer. [protected]@sc.com (Ref no.[protected] dated 14/04/2020, 2nd ref no.[protected] dated 26/03/2020) about this late charges but they never considered my complaint and didn't review or reply to my complaint.


                        So taking this matter seriously, i request you to please look into complaints carefully, and review my application.

                        I would highly appreciate if you can help revert these charges and credit back the amount in my account, so that i could use my card more conveniently for my future usages. Otherwise i will believe that my concerns has neet been address with sincerity from your side, i will stop using this card for my all futute purposed or i will close this account permanently.

                        Looking forward for satisfactory response at earliest.

                        Even after paying my card in full standard chartered is everyday levying charges intentionally and it seems this is never ending and they are not closing my card with the same excuses everyday that full payment is not done which they are levying as interests… Kindly help me to get out of this horrible card… Friendly advice … please please dont ever apply for a ScB card. They will suck you up like an Octopus.

                          One of the agent told me to submit documents for standard chartered credit card and confirmed me it would be life time free card, so i submitted needed documents.

                          But when i got verification call they told me charges and i told them not to proceed further but then also gthey processed my application and without my consent sent me pin for the credit card and applied charges..

                          Kindly assist me to get rid of this fraud and so far i haven't received any credit card as well.

                            Personal loan is taken my name: jahnavi kandakatla

                            Without asking customer they have opted my personal loan for moratorium in the name of covid 19 and we need to follow the bank to get out of moratorium. My personal loan is going to end in may 2020.

                            Can you please take strict action against bank how come they take decision with out consulting the customer...

                            I have paid all the statement billed balance on my standard chartered platinum credit card before due date. Still a4 interest is charged consecutively for 2 months.
                            In feb 2020 - 568 + 102 (Gst) rs/-
                            In march 2020 - 133 + 69 (Gst) rs/-
                            This is not only first time facing this problem. Always standard chartered levying illegal charges on customers like this which is not acceptable.

                              I made a transaction of rs10, 998 on 26th dec with my standard chartered bank credit card. By 23rd jan, i made a payment of rs7478 and was expecting a refund of the remaining amount of rs3520. The refund transaction was done on 26th dec but was credited to my account on 11th feb. My bill due was rs3, 520 and the due date was 18th feb. By 11th feb, all my outstanding amount was paid as the refund transaction was credited, however, the bank has still put a late payment charge of rs590 on my account and say that it is valid charge.
                              This is simply fooling and looting customers by not accepting refunds/credits as a payment method. They say that i should have made another payment of rs3520 to avoid late payment charges. This would mean having excess amount to be paid for my credit card transaction.
                              This is simply pathetic service by the bank. I tried to raise a complaint about this and every time i would be told that i will get an update in 48hours. And after every 48 hours, they would say they don’t have any updates on the complaint and would take a new complaint. After struggling with them for over 8-9 days, they finally rejected my complaint saying that this is how it will work and i will have to pay late payment charges. This bank is simple fooling people and taking away their hard earned money. I have closed my credit card account with them and would never want to deal with such a bank in future. Pathetic experience.

                                By mistake there i made a payment from my savings account in the standard chartered credit card[protected]xxxx. This card has been closed since a long time ago. Hence as a standard practice the money should have been returned back. However, the money never came back. I immediately wrote back to the consumer service. But they came back after a week and that too with no solution.

                                The customer service from sc is such a pain. Every-time i enquire the write something like this they write back something like the below:

                                "further to our earlier mail requesting for additional 3 days time to address your concerns, yet it requires additional time than anticipated, for a detailed investigation to address your concerns."

                                How bad can a customer service be?

                                  We are regularly paying the charges on card, we have paid interest, tax and other charges on our card. But now standard chartered bank has levied the charge of trfd for rs10392.13, we are unable to under stand what type of charges they have levied on us. We request bank to waive off these charges, since we are regularly paying the card charges and we are regular customer of your bank.

                                    fraud transaction on dmarket urgent help required

                                    A fraud transaction happened on my mothers credit card on 29th october with the details that some 2882 usd has been debited from the card amounting to rs. 2.13 lakhs.

                                    The transaction happened at psp*dmarket.com gibralter same as the one with some other people i have read about in their complaints.

                                    There was a message for the transaction and again there was a message that the card has been blocked.
