[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Receiving warning calls from bank employee in spite of regular payment of EMI | |||
I P.Sudhakar holding a Loan a/c no: 43005535 since 02/08/2004.I have been paying the loan regularly every month within the stipulated time including last months i.e., March and April, for which i have my account statements.I am having enough money in my account, in spite of this, from past three months the bank has not produced ECS. In return a employee named Mr.Ashraf mob no: [protected] called to me black mailing me that he would take legal action against us as he is holding our property papers he can act according his own will. This is extremely insane behaviour on his part and it is crystal clear that mistake is entirely on their part. Also they have not sent even one clearance cheque yet and entirely blaming me for this. So, i plead you to look into this matter and take the respective action. Also i want to close this account permanently and do send me oustanding dues i will pay it and want to soon get rid of this at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
